How quickly will I get a reply?
Dr. Yasser’s team answers WhatsApp messages and form inquiries during clinic hours, Saturday to Thursday, usually the same day. If you write in the evening or on a Friday, you will hear back on the next working day.
Can I send my reports before the consultation?
Yes, and it helps. Send photos of your blood tests, scans, endoscopy and previous operation reports on WhatsApp, with your weight and height if you are asking about weight loss surgery. The team can then tell you which tests are still missing before your visit.
Which clinic should I choose?
Consultations are at Aspects Clinica on North Teseen Street in New Cairo, convenient for New Cairo, Rehab, Shorouk and Heliopolis. Operations and some appointments are at Cleopatra Hospitals; the team tells you which hospital when they confirm your booking.
