What we collect
When you send the inquiry form we store what you enter: your name, mobile number, the operation you ask about, your height and weight if you add them, your message, and the page you sent it from. When you message us on WhatsApp or call, that conversation is also covered by that service’s own privacy policy.
How we use it
Your details are used only to answer your inquiry, arrange your appointment and follow up your care. We never sell them or share them with marketers. Only Dr. Yasser Elbasatiny and the clinic team see them.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and how many inquiries arrive, without identifying you. You can block it in your browser settings.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep inquiries while we are following up your care and delete them when you ask. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, message us on WhatsApp or call the clinic.
