  Dr. Yasser El Bassatini is one of the most professional doctors I have ever met. I had my gallbladder removal surgery with him, and everything went very well, thanks God. I am very satisfied with both the surgery and the recovery afterward. His manner with me was always very respectful, kind, and professional. Before the operation, he explained everything I would go through during the surgery and the recovery period, and everything happened exactly as he had told me. He was very honest and transparent with me, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. He treated me extremely well and was always very attentive. Every time I sent him a message on WhatsApp, he took the time to respond and answer my questions carefully.   As a foreigner, I was often told to go back to my home country for surgery because “they are better there.” Thankfully, I didn’t listen. Finding Dr. Yasser El Basatiny was a true blessing. He is not only an exceptional surgeon, easily comparable to the best in Europe, but also an incredibly kind and humane person. From the very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable and clearly explained every step of the procedure. I underwent bilateral hernia surgery (with the right side already at 7 cm) along with gallbladder removal due to a large stone. What was expected to be a 2-hour operation turned into nearly 4 hours due to complications. Despite this, everything went perfectly. When I woke up, Dr. Yasser was there, calmly reassuring me with his kindness and professionalism. I am deeply grateful. God bless Dr. Yasser El Basatiny, his entire team, and his clinic.

  بسم الله والصلاة والسلام علي نبينا محمد... تجربتي سلمى من السودان كنت أغاني من المراره، وفتق سري، ف الحمدلله تم الشفاء علي يد الجراح العظيم الدكتور ياسر البساتيني... فقد قام باجراء عمليه جراحيه لإصلاح البطن من شد العضلات، وإزالة الشحوم وترهلات أسفل البطن، فوضع شبكه للفتق،. وأيضا إزالة المراره... لقد استغرقت العمليه الست ساعات الحمدلله تكللت بالنجاح الباهر والشقاء علي يديه.. التقدم بشكري وتقديري الدكتور ياسر البساتيني الذي كان معي خطوه بخطوه خلال متابعتي طوال مرحله العلاج والاستشفاء في المركز... جزاك الله خير الجزاء... أنصح أي شخص يعاني من الآلام ويريد أن يجري عمليه جراحيه أن يقابل دكتور ياسر البساتيني.. وباذن الله سوف يجد التوفيق والشفاء علي يديه..

  الدكتور ياسر البساتيني من أكفأ الشخصيات التي عرفتها في مجال الطب لقد أجري لي عملية إزالة المرارة بالمنظار والحق وبالحق أقول لولو توفيق الله اولا ثم براعة الدكتور ياسر والخدمات المقدمة في عيادة أسبكتس لما استطعت أن أخرج في نفس اليوم بدون أن أشعر بأي الم غير الم طفيف نتيجة بعض الفتحات الصغيرة والحمد لله استطعت أن أقوم واتحرك بكل سهولة في اليوم الرابع من العملية واستأنفت كامل نشاطي في اليوم الثامن والحمد لله كل الشكر والتقدير للدكتور ياسر صاحب الخبرة الكبيرة والبراعة في الجراعة
